Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in creating and updating presentations using MS-PowerPoint to showcase our products and services.
2. Utilize MS-Excel to analyse sales data and trends, providing valuable insights to the team.
3. Manage and organize documents and reports using MS-Word to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
4. Collaborate with the project management team to help streamline processes and improve workflow.
5. Support in developing marketing strategies and campaigns to drive online sales.
6. Assist in customer service and order fulfilment to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
7. Contribute fresh ideas and innovative solutions to help grow our E-Commerce business.
