The BB135,115 is a variable capacitance diode (varicap) designed for electronic tuning applications. It offers a capacitance of 21 pF, a maximum current of 20 mA, and a voltage rating of 30 V.  The diode is housed in a SOD-323 package with 2 pins and can operate at temperatures up to 125 °C.
