BCV27,215-NEXPERIA-Darlington Transistor, Dual NPN, 30 V, 250 mW, 500 mA, SOT-23, 3 Pins. A Darlington transistor is a special configuration of two bipolar junction transistors (BJTs) connected together to act as a single high-gain transistor. This configuration is used to achieve a very high current gain, which makes it useful in applications requiring amplification of small currents into much larger ones.
