Service Warranty:
This product ( mppt charge controller ) will have 1 year free service, the product will not be replaced. For service, testing or repair of any defect in the product, the consumer will have to take the product to the company’s service center, dealer or distributor or can get it repaired by sending it directly to the company through courier service, transport service. The cost of transportation of the product will have to be borne by the customer and the risk during transit of the product will also be borne by the customer. The warranty will be void if in the Company’s opinion the existing defect is caused by any accident, misuse, negligence or any incorrect installation, dismantling or servicing of the product by any agency not authorized by the Company. . The service provided at that time will be considered as a paid service.
